I.Product Description
Sky Pearl Club members holding non-Chinese passports are eligible to receive a complimentary "Voyage in China" with the purchase of designated international round-trip tickets. Eligible members can redeem the product during the validity period for an additional 5% discount on direct purchases for up to six flight segments operated by China Southern Airlines/Chongqing Airlines on designated routes in China.

* You must make the purchase and board the flights by yourself. (Using your membership to purchase international round-trip tickets for others will not entitle you to this product.)
* Please ensure that your membership number is linked to your most recent passport number when purchasing the international round-trip tickets, and make sure the information provided during the booking process is your genuine personal information (please update your membership information promptly after renewing your passport). Otherwise, mismatched information will result in you being ineligible for this product.

II. Product Acquisition
1. How to collect your product: The product will be issued to the member's account automatically within three days of an international ticket’s being issued – no manual collection is required.
* Some passengers may not receive SMS notifications due to system issues. In such cases, please wait for three calendar days and then click 'redeem' to proceed with the process of exchanging for discounted flights within China. If you still cannot redeem the product despite meeting all the eligibility requirements, please contact our customer service at +86-4008695539 for help.
2. Eligibility: Only adult Sky Pearl Club members holding non-Chinese passports are eligible for this product. This product does not apply to children and infants.
3. Sales Period: From now to May 31, 2025.
4. Limit: One product only per passenger.
5. Product Validity: From the date of issue until June 30, 2025.
III. Product Policies
1. Rules for Using Designated International Round-Trip Tickets
(1) Applicable flights: This offer is valid for designated classes on designated flights operated by China Southern Airlines/Chongqing Airlines, as detailed in Class and Route Requirements of "Voyage in China" for International Round-Trip Tickets.
(2) Ticket purchase period: From now to May 31, 2025.
(3) Flight dates: Outbound flight date of departure must fall between now and May 31, 2025.
(4) Ticket purchase channels: China Southern Airlines'official platform, authorized agents, and OTAs.
(5) Ticket purchase requirements: The international round-trip ticket must meet the class requirement to qualify for the complimentary "Voyage in China" product.
(6) Cancellation and change policy: Changes and cancellations must follow the rules associated with the ticket purchased.
* New tickets issued after a change that do not meet the route or class requirement specified in the Class and Route Requirements of "Voyage in China" for International Round-Trip Tickets or are for a flight not operated by China Southern Airlines (including codeshare flights) will not be eligible for the complimentary "Voyage in China" product, and if the product has been issued, it will be rendered void. Should a designated international round-trip ticket be refunded, the complimentary "Voyage in China" product issued will also be void.
(7) Valid identification: A Passport must be registered in the Sky Pearl Club membership system.
(8) Please confirm at the time of purchase that the passenger name and identification are correct. Changes cannot be made after purchase. Please ensure that the passenger identification document is valid for six months beyond the end of the trip. China Southern Airlines does not bear any liability for a passenger's failure to pass customs due issues with their identification and will not provide compensation.
2. Rules for Using Discount Tickets for Designated Routes in China
(1) Purchase methods:
① Click the link in the SMS notification received after the product has been issued to your account and and then click "redeem",and then log in,then to make your purchase;
② Click here to log in and make your purchase.
(2) Eligibility: Only members who have received the "Voyage in China" product and meet the eligibility criteria can make the purchase and board the flight.
(3) Applicable routes: Designated routes in "Voyage in China" Discount Designated Classes and Routes
(4) Ticket price: Ticket prices are subject to the actual results at the time of inquiry; any fuel tax and airport construction fees must be paid additionally.
(5) Applicable classes: Class P/B/M/H/K/U/A/L/Q/E/V/Z.
* The number of redeemable flights and seats will be subject to the actual results at the time of inquiry.
(6) Ticket purchase period: From the date the product is issued to the account until June 23, 2025.
* The product will automatically be issued to the member's account within three calendar days of the designated international round-trip ticket’s being issued.
(7) Ticket purchase instructions: Tickets must be purchased at least seven days in advance (including the purchase day). Each ticket is for one flight segment only. The product can be redeemed for a maximum of 6 unused flight segments. Please plan your itinerary accordingly.
(8) Available flight dates: From the date the product is issued to your account until June 30, 2025 (excluding the period of April 29 to May 6, 2025).
(9) Mileage accumulation: Tickets will earn miles and segment upgrade options based on the corresponding class.
(10) Cancellation and change policy: Cancellations and changes must be made on the official website of China Southern Airlines.The standard policy applies, and cancellations and changes shall follow the rules associated with the class of the ticket purchased. If a discount ticket for a designated route in China has been redeemed but not yet traveled, the redemption right will automatically revert to the member's account ticket for use at a later date.
(11) In the event of a change to your flight, please contact China Southern Airlines customer service at +86-4008695539 to make a change or cancel free of charge. Changes can be made to flights actually operated by China Southern Airlines 6 days before, after, or on the day the original flight is scheduled to depart (13 days in total). Transfers to flights operated by other airlines are not permitted.
IV. After-Sales Service
1. Reimbursement Invoice
(1) Product invoice: The "Voyage in China" product is free and is not eligible for an invoice.
(2) Ticket invoice: Invoices or itineraries will be issued based on the actual amount paid for each ticket.
2. Product Cancellation
The product is free and once redeemed or received cannot be canceled or refunded.

V. Special Notes
1. Adjustments to flight arrangements fall within the normal scope of civil aviation operations. In the event of flight suspensions, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or route changes, relevant flight protection arrangements will apply, but no additional compensation will be provided.
2. China Southern Airlines reserves the right to change or modify product rules as permitted by law based on product service conditions. Such changes or modifications will be released through official channels, taking immediate effect upon release.
3. If any user is found to violate the product rules or engage in activities that contradict the purpose of the marketing campaign (including but not limited to exploiting the product for profit), China Southern Airlines reserves the right to cancel the user's package benefits and any gains obtained, as well as the right to pursue legal action.
